I started this server as a side project a few months ago. I found a fork of the Giny 2.68 emulator on GitHub and started working on it.
The developer landscape has shifted quite a lot in recent years. Any coder knows this, especially in 2026. In 2026, AI has gotten REALLY good. In previous years, even in 2025, I did all coding by hand because AI introduced a lot of errors, even the best ones like Gemini 2.5. Want to fix a bug? Well, now you have two bugs! And so on. It was better to just do it yourself and save yourself the debugging pain.
Not the case anymore. Now I can give an instruction to GPT-6 Astra like: "These appearances aren't working. I equip them, but they don't show up on my character." And the AI gets to work: it extracts the SWF files, looks at the images, matches the pet animations to the corresponding pet objects, and voilà, all appearances work: pets, shields, etc.
You can extend this to pretty much anything: working housing, correct entrances and exits, really anything. The barrier to entry for creating your own Dofus emulator is now purely financial (token cost) and creative.
Anyway, the server has progressed to a point where I think it's quite fun. It's a mix between Ankalike and fun, with all dungeons implemented, all their mechanics working and faithful to the original, and a bunch of new systems that provide the fresh experience everyone is looking for when they want to play a private server.
It's mono-account and very F2P friendly. Progression in general, including end-game, is designed with F2P in mind. I've created this trailer to showcase some of the more important features, but there's much more to see once you get into the server :)
Thanks for reading, and I hope you give it a try!
