Infinite Mods: Dream and Nightmare items

An Infinite Mod turns Epic, Legendary or Prismatic equipment into a Dream or Nightmare item and raises its stats by 15%. Dreamstones then add up to 10, 20 or 30 Dreampower of extra stats.

Which items accept a Mod#

Any equipment with stats whose rarity is Epic, Legendary or Prismatic, whatever its origin: drop, craft, rarity potion, boss, Nightmare or Dreams. The Mod is not limited to Dream items.

Check the “Rarity” line of the tooltip: it must say Epic, Legendary or Prismatic. A “legendary” name or a Nightmare frame is not enough. The item can be in your bags or equipped.

Step by step#

  • Mod: 5,000 Infinite Reflections
  • Stone: 1,000 Infinite Reflections
  • Full Epic: 3,000
  • Full Legendary: 5,000
  • Full Prismatic: 7,000
  1. Earn Infinite Reflections: every Dream room you win pays some.
  2. Go to Neru Stalar in the Dream Market, left of the Dreams well. Right-click, Buy: Infinite Mod: Dreams or Infinite Mod: Nightmares, 5,000 Infinite Reflections each.
  3. Right-click the Mod, “Apply to an item…”, or drag it onto the item. Pick the equipment and confirm. The Mod is used up.
  4. The item becomes Epic, Legendary or Prismatic Dream (Dreams Mod) or Nightmare (Nightmares Mod). Its stats and their maximum rise by 15% (AP, MP, Range and Summons do not change). The tooltip shows “Statistics +15%” and “Dreampower: 0/10”, “0/20” or “0/30”.
  5. Buy Dreamstones from Neru Stalar, 1,000 Infinite Reflections each. Apply them to the item the same way: each stone adds 1 Dreampower to its stat.

Dream or Nightmare#

Both Mods cost the same and do the same thing: +15% stats and the same Dreampower. Only the aura, the frame and the rarity name differ. The real rarity stays Epic, Legendary or Prismatic.

Dreamstones and Dreampower#

  • 22 Dreamstones
  • 1 stone = 1 Dreampower
  • Max. 5 stats
  • 10 (Epic) / 20 (Legendary) / 30 (Prismatic)

An item holds at most 10 stones in total if Epic, 20 if Legendary, 30 if Prismatic. The table’s 10, 20 and 30 columns put that whole budget on one line.

  • 1 Dreampower is worth 20 rune weight (10 before 26 October 2026). A line’s bonus = stones × 20 ÷ the stat’s rune weight, rounded down.
  • The same stone strengthens its line. At most 5 different stats per item; existing lines keep growing up to the cap.
  • The lines count like normal item lines while the item is equipped. Stones never change the item’s own lines (the Mod gives those +15%).
  • Every stone gives at least +1. % resistances are rounded down once per line: 1 stone +3%, 2 stones +6%, 3 stones +10%.

Cleaning at Neru Stalar#

A single stone cannot be removed. To change the aura or the lines, have the item cleaned, then apply a new Mod.

  1. Unequip the item: Neru Stalar only takes items from your bags.
  2. Right-click Neru Stalar, Exchange, then place the Dream or Nightmare item. The window shows the cleaned item.
  3. Confirm. Cleaning is free.

With other systems#

ActionResult
SmithmagicAllowed. On a Dream or Nightmare item each line’s maximum is 15% higher. Runes only change normal lines; Dreampower lines count neither for weight nor for exotic lines.
Rarity potion on an Epic or Legendary Dream/Nightmare itemAllowed, nothing is lost: the aura, the +15% and every stone stay. The stats rise like an ordinary item’s, then get their +15% back, and the cap becomes 20 or 30 at once.
Modifier potions, plasma, Legendary Soul of Ascension, mimibiote on the itemAllowed. The aura and Dreampower stay; ascension does not double the Dreampower lines.
Trade, bank, marketplaceLike a normal item: the lines go with it. Mods and Dreamstones can be traded too.
Void Magician’s rarity gamble, rune breaking, selling to an NPC, item given as the look of a mimibioteThe item is used up like an ordinary one: its Dreampower, Mod and stones are lost.
Stack of identical itemsThe Mod or stone changes only one copy.

FAQ#

  • Does the Mod only work on Dream items? No. It works on any Epic, Legendary or Prismatic equipment with stats, wherever it came from. Only the item type and the rarity matter.
  • My item has a “legendary” name or a Nightmare frame, but the Mod is refused. Its Rarity line is not Epic, Legendary or Prismatic, or it is a fixed-rarity item (relic, card, evolving Dofus, appearance). Ordinary equipment can be raised with a rarity potion first.
  • Does the Infinite Mod: Nightmares create Nightmare equipment? No. Nightmare equipment (Nightmare twins) is a separate system. The Mod changes the aura and rarity name of an existing item and gives it +15%; an Epic, Legendary or Prismatic Nightmare twin can also take a Mod.
  • Can I add a Dreamstone without a Mod? No: apply a Mod first.
  • Can I remove a single stone? No. Neru Stalar removes all the Dreampower at once, with no refund.
  • Why doesn’t my % resistance line grow by the same amount with each stone? A line’s bonus is rounded down once: 1 stone +3%, 2 stones +6%, 3 stones +10%.
  • Does a rarity potion remove my Dreamstones? No. On an Epic or Legendary Dream or Nightmare item it keeps the aura, the +15% and every stone, and the maximum Dreampower becomes 20 or 30.
  • Did my old Dream items change? Yes, once, on 26 October 2026: they got the +15% and their stones now give twice as much.
  • Do I need to unequip the item? Not for the Mod or the stones. Yes for cleaning at Neru Stalar.
