Equipment

Emblems and the Boss Emblems

Emblems have their own category and four slots. The Boss Emblem grows with the Boss Shards from world bosses; maxed, it trades for the Boss Emblem II, then III.

Emblem slots#

  • Equipment has 12 Dofus slots, 2 Waxmod slots and 4 Emblem slots.
  • Every emblem (Astral emblems, Avatar emblems, the Boss Emblems) is worn in these slots.
  • The My profile and inspect windows show them.

Boss Emblem I#

Boss Emblem I
  • Prismatic
  • 200,000 kamas
  • James Morgan
  • 600 shards to max
  • It starts at 0 in every characteristic.
  • Drag Boss Shards onto it, in the bag or worn: 1 shard, Ctrl for the whole stack, Shift to choose the amount.
  • Each shard raises one random characteristic that is not maxed by one step; a characteristic is more likely the more shards it still needs.
  • Only one Boss Emblem, whatever its tier, can be worn. It becomes account-bound once fed.

Boss Emblems II and III#

A completely maxed Boss Emblem (every characteristic at its cap) trades at the Void Magician in Astrub [5,-18] for the next tier. It must be in your bag, not worn; an emblem that is not maxed is refused.

  1. Right-click the Void Magician, then "Trade Boss Souls": the Boss Emblems section shows your maxed emblems. Click Exchange. You can also drop the emblem in his Exchange.
  2. The new emblem starts at the old one's maximum values and rises up to 2 times (II) or 3 times (III) the Boss Emblem I's maximums, by the same steps.
  3. Each step costs 2 shards on the Emblem II and 3 on the Emblem III: they take 1,200 then 1,800 shards to fill. A shard drop is rounded down to whole steps; the rest stays in the bag.
