Respect

Insults, harassment, threats, discriminatory language, spam and impersonation are prohibited. Character, guild and account names must follow the same rules.

Cheating and exploits

Unauthorized automation, modifications granting an advantage, packet manipulation and duplication are prohibited. Report exploits privately to staff; do not use or distribute them.

Accounts and trading

• Mono allows one active account per player. Bypassing that rule with a VPN, proxy or virtual machine is prohibited. Contact staff about a shared household.
• Account sales and trading kamas, items or services for real money are prohibited. Honor in-game agreements; scams may lead to removal of gains and suspension.
• Do not reuse your Ankama account credentials. Do not share your password. Staff will never ask for it.

Support and sanctions

Contact support with the world, character, time and facts. Sanctions range from a warning to a permanent ban depending on severity and prior offenses. Exploited gains may be removed. Losses from account sharing or unsafe trades are not guaranteed to be restored.
